Storage For Military Service Members
Juujbox helps military families by providing an easy and affordable way to store their belongings while they're gone.
Here's a quick look at how our process works:
- We'll drop off sturdy and durable bins for you to put your things into before your scheduled move-out date.
- Once you finish packing, we will transport all of your belongings to our storage facility. This includes loose items that were unable to fit into a container.
- Your items will remain in our safe, climate-controlled storage warehouse until you return.
- Once you arrive in San Diego, we'll deliver your belongings to your new address. Just schedule the delivery with us beforehand.

But with Juujbox, because we charge by the bin, you only pay for the space your items use in our warehouse. Pick Up and Delivery Service without a Catch
No matter how long you need your belongings stored, Juujbox will pick them up from your doorstep. Juujbox doesn't have a minimum monthly commitment for our free pick-up service. That's just one more reason to choose us!

We understand that military families are busy, so we make it easy for you to connect with us. Call, email, or use our webchat and we'll schedule a delivery time that works for you. Once your belongings are in storage, you can relax knowing they're safe and secure. And when you return from deployment, we'll be happy to deliver your belongings back to your home.

We do not store vehicles or cars in our warehouse.
Yes! We can ship your bins from our storage facility to another location for the cost of ground shipping + a $25 service fee.
There are only two fees we charge:
1. Monthly cost of your storage.
2. Delivery fees.
To keep things simple, we only charge a flat rate delivery fee of $25 when you want your items back. The number of boxes or weight doesn't matter. Pickup is always free.
No. We do not store guns or ammunition at our facility.

We can create a custom quote based on the dimensions of the items you're storing.
The best way to help us in providing a custom quote would be to share a picture with us of the items you'd like us to store.
Insurance is included at no additional cost.
We ask you not to store valuables and perishable items in our storage facility.
We ask you to give us 24-48 hours for both pickup and delivery of your items.
We are open seven days a week from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and availability is dependent on our schedule.
Yes, as long as we provide service in that area which is currently the metro San Diego area, we can deliver to a different location where the pickup was done.
If you'd like your items delivered elsewhere, we can ship them to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
We would still charge you the delivery fee of $25 for picking the box up and will pass through the shipping costs from the carrier.
Yes! We can deliver partial items back to you upon request.
We have customers that want occasional access to things like sporting gear or holiday decorations.
It's a $25 flat delivery fee for having one, some, or all of your items delivered. Pickup is always free!
We currently use a storage warehouse near Downtown San Diego.
Customers are not allowed to visit the storage facility as we control access to the warehouse and our customer's belongings.
