On average, we've discovered that our college students use between 4 to 5 of our storage bins.
You'll only pay for what you use. So if you think you'll need ten storage bins and only use eight, we'll remove the extra two from your subscription. It's that easy.
No! You won't pay for any items we don't store for you in our warehouse.
After pickup is completed, we go through a reconciliation process where we look at the original order, and compare it to the items we picked up.
Your billing cycle starts on the date we pick up your packed items and continues on a monthly basis until we redeliver them. You won’t be charged while you have the empty boxes for packing.
We do not prorate charges for partial months.
The reason we don't prorate is that our warehouse commitment cycle is also based on full months of service, and we allocate storage space accordingly. As a result, we must apply full-month charges to ensure our operations are efficient and sustainable.
There's no additional fees beyond our standard $30 delivery fee if you're coming back early.
We can also pick your items back up if you're heading back home after summer classes again! You won't pay for storage while your items aren't with us.
Yes! We store mini-fridges, microwaves, air fryers and all kinds of appliances for students. We'll store anything small enough for one person to carry.
Yes, Juujbox uses a closed, secure, climate-controlled warehouse to keep your belongings safe.

Yes! We can ship your bins from our storage facility to another location for the cost of ground shipping + a $50 service fee.
Alternatively, we can repack your items from our bins into shipping boxes to make shipping less expensive for you. There's no additional cost beyond the $50 service fee to do this.
There are only two fees we charge:
1. Monthly cost of your storage.
2. Delivery fees.
To keep things simple, we only charge a flat rate delivery fee of $30 when you want your items back. The number of boxes or weight doesn't matter. Pickup is always free.
Yes! We offer ship-to-school services where we'll receive packages for you and deliver them to your address when you arrive!
Insurance is included at no additional cost.
We ask you not to store valuables and perishable items in our storage facility.
We ask you to give us 24-48 hours for both pickup and delivery of your items.
We are open seven days a week from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and availability is dependent on our schedule.
Yes, as long as we provide service in that area which is currently the metro San Diego or Orange County area, we can deliver to a different location where the pickup was done.
If you'd like your items delivered elsewhere, we can ship them to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
We would still charge you the delivery fee of $50 for picking the box up and will pass through the shipping costs from the carrier.
Yes! We can deliver partial items back to you upon request.
We have customers that want occasional access to things like sporting gear or holiday decorations.
It's a $30 flat delivery fee for having one, some, or all of your items delivered. Pickup is always free!
