Absolutely impeccable service. I am a college student who needed to store my things over the summer, as I lived in the dorms and my housing contract ended at the end of the year. I ordered a couple boxes, and also provided some of my own, and they worked with me to coordinate a time when I would be free to give them the boxes. Then, after three months, I moved to a place off-campus, and we again worked together to set up a time when they could bring my stuff to my new address. They were extremely professional and timely with communication and were prepared for the heavy-duty tasks such as moving and carrying the boxes. A very much above and beyond storage. I stored my suitcase there for the summer with fragile goods inside. Not only that it remained intact, they even said that they stored it in an extra safe warehouse away from the other storages. If you'd like your items delivered elsewhere, we can ship them to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We would still charge you the delivery fee of $25 for picking the box up and will pass through the shipping costs from the carrier.

Yes, we offer insurance coverage at no additional cost for added peace of mind. We ask you not to store valuables and perishable items in our storage facility.
What are your turnaround times for pickup and delivery?
We operate on a 24-48 hour turnaround for pickups and deliveries within our service hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, seven days a week.
Is partial item delivery an option?
Yes, you can request delivery of specific items from your stored bins whenever you need them. Whether it's just a couple of items or more, the delivery fee is a flat $30. Free pickup, as always!
Can customers visit the storage facility?
Our facility is near Downtown San Diego. For security reasons, we do not allow customer visits, ensuring controlled access to stored belongings. Rest assured, your items are in safe hands.
