    Built for San Diego Businesses

Flexible pallet storage and receiving for San Diego businesses with active inbound freight.

    Importers and Distributors

Container shipments arrive before your distribution routes can absorb them. We receive supplier freight, verify counts, and store goods until your next outbound move is ready.

    Contractors and Installers

Materials and tools sit idle between active jobs and job sites. We store equipment by project and deploy it to your San Diego work site when installation begins.

    Ecommerce and Wholesale

Bulk pallets arrive before you have space to sort, split, and fulfill. Use our warehouse as temporary overflow while you process inventory without crowding your own space.

    Seasonal Inventory

Peak-season stock floods your space before demand actually spikes. We hold seasonal pallets in tracked locations and release them as your sales cycle ramps up.

    Samples and Demo Equipment

Product samples, displays, and demo units clutter limited office space. We store them securely and deliver locally when you need them for a meeting or event.

    Events and Trade Shows

Booth materials, event freight, and display pieces sit unused between shows. We manage event freight, store it securely, and release it for delivery to your next venue.

    Not a Real Estate Lease.

An alternative to leasing more warehouse space

A warehouse lease makes sense for a business with a steady, predictable footprint and the capital to cover a multi-year commitment, triple-net operating costs, tenant improvements, and a security deposit. If you run a dedicated facility with consistent daily throughput, that structure provides stability and long-term control.

Pallet storage is a short-term warehousing option that works better for temporary overflow, seasonal inventory, uncertain growth, or as a bridge while you wait for a permanent facility. You pay for the pallet positions you occupy and adjust your count as demand changes, without the fixed overhead of extra square footage.

    Commercial lease
    • 3–5 year term
    • Triple-net operating costs
    • Tenant improvements
    • Security deposit ties up capital
    • Rigid footprint
    Month-to-month
    • No long-term commitment
    • Pay per pallet occupied
    • Labor included as touches
    • Scale down to zero
    • Permanent overflow or bridge
