Juujbox is a full-service storage solution in San Diego. We provide reusable moving bins, pick up your items, store them in our secure climate-controlled warehouse, and deliver them back when you need them. No driving to a storage unit required!

We use our Snap, Send, Store™ technology. Snap pictures of the items you want stored, send us your preferred pickup time, and we'll take care of the rest. We deliver bins to your door, you pack at your own pace, we pick up and store everything in our secure climate-controlled warehouse, and deliver back when you need it.

Our customers include college students storing items over summer break, families downsizing or renovating, professionals organizing home offices, businesses needing inventory or equipment storage, and event organizers storing booth materials.

You can store most household items, clothing, books, electronics, sporting equipment, business inventory, seasonal decorations, event materials, and more. Items must be able to be carried by one person - we cannot store couches, sofas, bed frames, or full-size mattresses. We also cannot store perishables, hazardous materials, or illegal items.

Our reusable bins are 30″ × 21″ × 15″. They're stackable, durable, weather-resistant, and much sturdier than cardboard boxes. Each bin can hold up to 50 lbs of items.

Pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up in our warehouse and can be as low as $5/month per item for business and personal storage. Student packages range from $75/month (3 items) to $250/month (20 items). Business storage includes a $15 receiving fee per box, $5/month storage per box, and pallet storage at $25/month per pallet for the first 2 months ($55/month thereafter), plus $10 in and $10 out. Pricing includes pickup and one free delivery at the end of your storage period.

One item equals one bin, one box, one suitcase, one piece of luggage, or one small furniture piece (like a chair or nightstand). Larger furniture may count as multiple items. We'll confirm item counts during pickup.

Yes! Initial pickup and one final delivery are included in your monthly rate. Additional mid-storage deliveries or pickups cost $35 per trip.

Yes, we require a 1-month minimum. After that, storage is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can retrieve your items whenever you're ready.

No problem! You only pay for what you actually store. If you order 10 bins but only fill 7, we'll pick up the unused bins at no charge and adjust your billing accordingly.

No hidden fees! The price you see includes pickup, storage, and one delivery. Additional delivery trips are $35 each, clearly stated upfront.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Billing is monthly and automatic. You'll receive an invoice before each billing cycle.

Simply choose your package on our website, select your preferred pickup date, and we'll confirm your appointment. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

We typically offer pickups within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons (like college move-out), we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Yes, someone 18+ needs to be present to hand over items and sign the pickup form. You can designate someone else if you're unavailable.

No problem! Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to reschedule at no charge.

Your first delivery at the end of your storage period is free. We'll schedule a convenient time to bring your items back. Additional mid-storage deliveries cost $35 per trip.

Yes! We can deliver specific bins or items for a $35 delivery fee. Just let us know what you need, and we'll bring it to you within 2-3 business days.

Your items are stored in our secure, climate-controlled warehouse facility in San Diego. The facility is monitored 24/7 with security cameras and restricted access.

Yes, all stored items are covered by our facility insurance. We recommend taking photos of valuable items before storage. Additional insurance is available for high-value items.

We operate as a full-service storage solution, so items are not accessible for walk-in visits. However, you can schedule a delivery of specific items anytime with just 2-3 days notice.

While damage is extremely rare, we take responsibility for items in our care. If something is damaged during our handling, we'll work with you to resolve it promptly through our insurance coverage.

Yes! We're the preferred storage solution for UCSD, SDSU, USD, and PLNU students. We offer special student packages, campus pickup, and perfectly timed delivery for move-in.

Book 2-3 weeks before finals week to secure your preferred date. We offer pickups during move-out week and can coordinate with your dorm closing schedule.
