From a small condo to the warehouse behind the show.
Juujbox started with a simple question: why is storage still such a hassle? Five years later, that question built the team businesses and event professionals trust to store, track, and move the assets their work depends on.
Business & Event Logistics
Managed storage for trade show booths, displays, and event assets. Photographed, cataloged, and deployed to any venue in the country.
Student Storage
San Diego's largest provider of summer student storage. Pickup at the dorm in May, delivery back in August.
Moving & Residential
Durable bin rentals and pickup-and-delivery storage for people and buildings across San Diego.
That's Juujbox today. Here's how we got here.
Every chapter taught us something we still use every day.
When work moved home
Working remotely from my condo in Little Italy, I needed somewhere to put boxes, and every option meant renting a truck, signing paperwork, and working around someone else's hours. Meanwhile, people were paying twenty dollars to have a burrito delivered. Delivery had become effortless. Storage hadn't. In late 2021, I started building Juujbox.
Students found us first
Within weeks of launching, USD students started calling about summer storage. We leaned in and became San Diego's largest provider of summer student storage. Those summers taught us to run pickups, cataloging, warehousing, and deliveries at scale on hard deadlines. That muscle became the foundation for everything after.
"College students found us first, and taught us how to operate at scale."
The bin hustle
One customer suggested swapping cardboard for big plastic bins. That summer I drove to every Walmart in San Diego buying every black-and-blue bin I could find, spending entire evenings crisscrossing the city to keep up with orders. The bins stuck, and so did the lesson: in this business, the physical details are the product.
Our first warehouse, and calls we didn't plan for
We signed our first warehouse lease, filled it fast, hired full-time team members, and launched moving bin rentals (my wife Christina's idea). Then local businesses started calling: pallet storage, inventory overflow, a high-rise that needed storage for an entire building of residents. Every yes taught us the same thing: businesses needed this even more.
Event teams found us
The most interesting calls came from companies with trade show booths and event gear. They didn't just need space; they needed someone to receive every crate, know exactly what was inside, get it to the next show on time, and check it all back in afterward. More kept calling. By late 2025, we went all-in on managed storage and logistics for businesses and events.
"We didn't go looking for event teams. They found us."

The flagship
In May 2026 we opened our flagship San Diego warehouse, built around how event assets actually move: photographed and cataloged on arrival, stored show-ready, deployed to any venue in the country, then received, reset, and readied for the next one. Event teams behind some of the most recognized conferences in the world now trust Juujbox with the assets their shows depend on.

"Four years after that condo, the same idea now moves entire events. The problem never changed: stuff you need, nowhere to put it, no easy way to move it. We just kept following it to the people who felt it most."
Take care of the customer, and the team behind them.
Customers first
Take care of the customer and everything else falls into place. Every process we build starts from what makes storage effortless for the person trusting us with their things.
No gig-economy shortcuts
Convenience shouldn't come at the cost of worker stability. We pay higher-than-average wages and are building a profit-sharing program so our team shares in our growth.
Store once. Deploy anywhere.
Your assets arrive at Juujbox one time. You always know exactly what you own. And it shows up wherever you need it: a convention center across the country, or an apartment across town.
We still store for hundreds of students every summer and help San Diegans move; those customers built this company. Now we're taking what they taught us to the businesses and event teams who need it most, starting in San Diego, with more cities to come.
