Shipping a booth for the first time? The three things most likely to give you trouble:
Show up late and the venue charges premium rates to handle your freight, or your booth space sits empty.
Venues charge $115–$180 per 100 lbs just to move your stuff from the loading dock to your booth.
Between shows, nobody knows what's in the boxes or what's broken.
Juujbox exists so your team never touches a freight quote, a loading dock, or a shipping form again.
Freight brokers move crates. Juujbox manages your entire booth program; shipping is just the part you see.
Vegas, Chicago, Orlando. Any show in the country.
Booth, swag, and demo gear ship together, fewer pieces, lower handling fees.

Delivered before setup day, anywhere in the U.S.
Inspected, restocked, and stored until the next show.
A portable display may cost a few hundred dollars round trip. A large crated exhibit can run several thousand. The biggest factors: total weight, dimensions, distance, piece count, and how early the freight is scheduled.
1–4 cases, usually under 150 lbs
$300–$900
1 pallet or 2–5 crates, 300–1,500 lbs
$1,000–$3,500
Multiple pallets, custom crates, or oversized pieces
$3,000–$10,000+
Planning estimates for domestic ground/LTL shipping from a commercial warehouse. Rush service, long distances, oversized crates, and tight delivery windows increase cost.
Moves your exhibit from the warehouse to the show and back after the event. This is the number in the cards above.
Charged by the show's official contractor to unload your shipment, move it to your booth, store empty crates, and reload after the show. Billed per 100 lbs, often with a 200-lb minimum. Published 2026 show manuals list standard rates of $115–$180 per 100 lbs; late or special-handling freight costs more. Consolidated, well-labeled shipments and hitting the show’s delivery deadlines are the biggest ways to keep that fee down.
We receive and catalog your exhibit between shows, prep and label every shipment, coordinate the delivery deadlines, and manage the return. Use your own carrier account, or we'll source the right transportation for you.
