Juujbox trade show storage starts at $295/month for one Standard Event Kit, with cataloging, portal access, and handling for up to 12 event deployments per year included. Shipping is billed separately at your carrier's rates or ours.

Deployment handling
One deployment is one outbound shipment for an event, plus return receiving when your gear comes back. Standard handling covers pulling the selected assets, staging, labels and carrier pickup coordination. Freight and special warehouse work are separate.

Trade show booth shipping
Shipping and freight are billed separately from storage and deployment handling. We manage dock preparation, labels and carrier pickup coordination either way.

Advance receiving & San Diego event logistics
San Diego Event Services is separate from managed booth storage. Receive freight ahead of your event and schedule delivery to a venue, hotel or the San Diego Convention Center.

Warehouse labor & special handling
Anything beyond standard handling is quoted by email before work starts. Allow 48 hours' lead time for outbound shipments.

Trade show pricing FAQs
No annual contract is required. Managed trade show storage is month-to-month, with no long-term commitment.
Shipping is billed separately from storage. Use your own carrier accounts at your carrier's rates, or have Juujbox source rates through our carrier network. The shipment is quoted before booking.
One deployment is one outbound shipment for an event plus return receiving when your gear comes back. It includes standard asset pulling, staging, labels and pickup coordination. The plan includes up to 12 deployments per calendar year; each additional deployment is $45. Shipping and special warehouse work are separate.
Inbound receiving and resupply are included at no charge under the managed storage plan. Separate San Diego Event Services receiving is $5 per box, $10 per road case and $15 per pallet. Short-term event storage is quoted on request.
Juujbox publishes a monthly rate of $295 for the first Standard Event Kit and $125 for each additional kit, with cataloging, portal access and up to 12 deployments per year included.
