    Absolutely! Many UCSD students move to new dorms or off-campus apartments. Just update your delivery address in your account before fall quarter starts.

    Yes! We accommodate both Summer Session 1 (June 29 - August 1) and Summer Session 2 (August 3 - September 5). Store between sessions or for the Special Session running June 16 through September 19. Just schedule delivery before your session starts.

    Getting Started

    Juujbox is a full-service storage solution for students. We pick up your items from your dorm or apartment, store them in our secure, ambient-cooled facility, and deliver them back when you return. All through simple online scheduling.

    Select the number of items you need to store, schedule your pickup date, and you're all set. If you've opted to use our Juujbox bins, we'll deliver them on a date and time that works best for you, up to two weeks before you move out.

    Primarily college students who are moving out for the summer, studying abroad, or relocating temporarily. Parents also rely on us for peace of mind during move-out week.

    What You Can Store

    One Juujbox bin = one item. One loose item (like a suitcase, mini-fridge, or plastic drawer) = one item. Each item must be under 50 lbs and manageable by one person.

    Each bin measures 30 inches long × 21 inches wide × 15 inches high, giving you plenty of space for clothing, bedding, books, and dorm essentials.

    We can't store perishable food, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal substances, or anything too large for one person to carry (like bed frames or couches).

    No problem — we'll take back any unused Juujbox bins and refund your account for the difference once they're returned.

    Pickup & Delivery

    You can choose any date and two-hour window that fits your schedule. You'll get a notification in the morning with an estimated ETA and another text notification when our team is heading your way.

    We'll deliver to your dorm, apartment, or a new address near campus — whatever's most convenient when you're back.

    Yes, or you can authorize a friend or roommate to hand off your items if you're unavailable.

    Absolutely. You can make changes to your storage subscription up until the day of pickup. We take photos of all your items and do a final reconciliation once they're collected.

    Pricing & Billing

    You can pick the number of items you want to have placed in storage. The number is flexible, so you don't need to be perfect. If you need to add items last minute, we'll bill them at the per-item pricing tier you're on. If you need to reduce the number of items, we'll refund the difference.

    Your first payment is applied towards your first month of storage. The first month of storage is calculated from the day your items are picked up.

    Pickup is free. Return delivery is a flat $35, whether you have one item or twenty.

    You can store your belongings for as long as you need: one month, one semester, or even a full year. Your storage renews monthly until you request delivery.

    We do not pro-rate billing because our warehouse lease is month-to-month, which impacts our billing flexibility. While we provide storage month-to-month with no contract, we also don't prorate charges.

    Yes, you can schedule an appointment to visit our warehouse and grab what you need, or request delivery of specific items directly to you.

    Yes! Many international Tritons use Juujbox to store belongings over summer break, winter break, or when traveling home.

    We can store your items short-term while you transition, and we also offer long-distance shipping at $25 per box handling fee plus discounted carrier costs to help you get your belongings to your new home.
